Late yesterday and today, when I try and access the UKTS forums, I get a blank page, no error message, just a blank page. I can access the website OK.
Does anyone else get this?

Hi
Main page seems to be working now,but the forum is still down,so I can't take my hobby up at present, seeing who is complaining that DTG haven't done this that or the other, either a route is to short or it doesn't go from one place or other,or if it;s a locomotive it's either got the wrong cab,or the wrong sound.
Oh well going back to http://raildar.co.uk/ it's a live train tracking site, you can watch trains going along,it's a bit like flightrader24 where you can track aircraft

HI
Yet again it seems UKTS is back down yet again, seems to a regular occurance these days, thank heaven we have this site to keep up to date with all things MSTS,related, just a shame we have to rely on it to down load most rolling stock items.
Thiss time the error message says sql 1040 to many connections

Re: Is UKTS Down
Hi Mike, UKTrainsim.com stopped doing the Brighton Show after the 2014 due to the cost of  parking
in Brighton rising to over £250.00 and because they were only putting on a demonstration, therefore
couldn't recover any costs incurred, it was decided to pull out of the 2015 show.
After I saw them at Peterborough later on that year and taking everything into account along with the
lack of booking requests it was decided to end all demonstrations from that date on.
Only Robert, Mike are showing off TS2016 at the following shows Keighley, Barrow in Furness, Kendal,
whilst Andrew and his father are at Workington Model Railway Exhibitions and apart from these I don't
know anybody else who displays the latest version of the TrainSimulator.
As Matt has said on his Twitch shows that now with the Internet, most people already know about Train
Simulators and therefore very few that attend the Model Railway Shows don't know about it.
Just a note to say that the Forum on the site is now working again. Â

Hi,
The UKTS Forums are in trouble again!!
Downloads seem to be OK, but the Forums menu is not formatted correctly and trying to access any one gives "Server error".

Hi
Yes still down, wonder if it's due a problem last night on the TS 2016 forum, over a new payware route,it was getting rather heated, just before it was closed, seems the route cost £30,but if you hadn't got the extra download content it could cost another £82.00,for all the DLC,so a £30.00 could become £112.00 total spend.
And that started a flame war

I just get the "Waiting for uktrainsim.com..." message. I've tried clearing the DNS cache, but to no avail!

Possible reason, It being a Sunday, is that the server is undergoing maintainence?

This is not planned maintenance.
It was down earlier and was restarted whilst we were streaming Onehouse Model Railway this afternoon. It appears to have gone down again. I will contact the admin to get it investigated.

Re: Is UKTS Down
Hi folks
Still down as of 00:20 18/07/2016. I don't think it will be up and running until the morning. Not at this time of night at least. In the meantime, all of UK Train Sim community, including MSTS community, has temporarily ceased to exist.
This is certainly a day without a train sim community. After all, ALL of Atomic Systems, including UKTrainSim, isn't perfect. Nothing is perfect really and sometimes we all have to be patient.
In the meantime, please accept forbearance until UKTrainSim returns, hopefully not for long.
Cheers
Alistair Cowell
P.S. Back up and running at 00:40 this morning.

Re: Is UKTS Down
Hi Alec,
Quite right, although UKTS is the central resource for the UK Train Sim community, having the vast amount of content. It is believed that Open Rails website is hosted by UKTS / Atomic Album. There was an outage of UKTS in May last year and Open Rails was also down as well.
To recap on yesterdays outage, the site went down at around 15:20. The website re-appeared for a short while at around 22:00, before it went offline once again shortly after. The site was fully restored just after 00:35 this morning.

Good afternoon,
It is now confirmed that UKTS / Atomic Album is currently down. That's twice already in the past week.
I have to admit that I never liked UKTS outages.
I wonder this might be linked to BT outages:
