Riding High in the Midland Pullman
I've been driving Clive's Nottingham Pullman activities for his Thames Trent V2 route. I've noticed that the cab position in the RF Blue Pullman that it uses is very high. The driver's eyeline is higher than the top of passing carriages.
How can I fix that and what should the relevant value be?

Problem potentially solved. Clive has given me alternative config for the cabview cvf file. I'll give it a go soon and report back.

Re: Riding High in the Midland Pullman
Clive got me to change the three entries for position in the Cabview folder for the RF Pullman:
Position ( -1 3.5 7 )
Clive got me change mine to 3.0: Position ( -1 3.0 7 ) and it looks close.

You can use my MSTS Measuring Tool to calculate the position of the cabview.
File ID: 14872.
Also useful to work out the position of lamps, passenger views, smoke, freight animations etc.
If you don't have UKTS premium it's also available on trainsim.

Thanks Ian. Downloading it now. I'm also tweaking the driving position of the JR APTs which has me at the same height as someone on the roof of the train next to me.
