Mini Route Making

Hello all,just back from my Holidays and am "Wondering"just how easy is it to make said Mini routes.The reason I ask is that I'd like to make Thames - Mersey into one,but am the Pits on a PC.
I do not have access to RR as it refuses to go onto my PC (which is more than likely lucky,that way I can't mess the system up),it appears to think I do not have Java,Though when I run the Java test that says I have the latest version installed.
Any help would be appreciated,though I do have doubts about whether I could follow the instructions properly.

Regarding Route Riter - it needs the 32-bit version of Java to be installed, even if you are running a 64-bit Operating System

Hello Ged,thanks for that,but having looked through both options I've chickened out.as I've just about finished ME+ now I  will just go back to running it through Train Store until DC comes out.
