Resizing the Route Editor
I have the useful gadget that resizes the route editor window.
In XP once it was done the route editor window was always the new size every time it was opened.
In W7 the route editor has to be resized each time before use.
Is there a cure for this?

Re: Resizing the Route Editor
Hi Roderic,
What is that "gadget"?
It might seem like a silly question, but does your Win 7 MSTS have valid Registry entries? If, when you run MSTS, you change any of the settings in the OPTIONS window, are those settings retained next time you start MSTS? If so, it's a good chance that the Registry is OK, but if not, it's certain that there are no Registry entries.
Cheers,
Ged

The gadget is msts-scrsz.exe downloaded from UKTS under MSTS Quick Picks - Tweaks, Utils Improvements.
The normal MSTS options work all right.

Re: Resizing the Route Editor
Hi Roderic,
I've just tried msts-scrsz.exe, set the RE screen, then turned the PC off for about 5 minutes. When switched on again, I still had the large screen. I found that the program MUST be run as administrator for anything to happen!
Cheers,
Ged

Thank you very much. That seems to work well. I am most grateful, as always. Roderic
