For your information Ian Allan Publishing have issued the following comment on a BR Coach Forum that I belong to:
"It is with regret we have had to cancel the second volume of ‘LNER Passenger Train Formations’ book for the time being. The author has been ill of late and was therefore unable to complete the work. However, we are hoping it may re-appear in the future".
