Making Tracks Copyright permission

Does anyone know the position regarding copyright for Making Tracks rolling stock for freeware upload please?
The EMU models are 4cor 3143, 4BUF3073, 2BIL2048. I am not sure how i acquired them, maybe as part of LSE?
I believe the making tracks EMU were given permission by author Dave Babb, but i can`t check on UKTS of course. If upload is not allowed then of course i will delete them. A pity though, because they fit the New Forest route expansion very well

Hi Rick,
4COR 3143 was available as UKTS file ID 16737 (BR Blue). 16740 (BR Green) and 16749 (Sunshine) with a v2 available as file IDs 21206 (BR Blue) and 19369 (BR Green)
4BUF 3073 was available as UKTS file ID 16738 (BR Blue) and 16741 (BR Green) with v2 available as file IDs 21201 and 19368 (NOTE - The file names are 4COR).
2BIL 2048 was available as UKTS file ID 20875 (BR Green)

All  the above are by Mike Traves and the readme files all contain the following :

This model and the texture files are Freeware, and may be freely distributed as long as all the files in this archive are kept together.  The model, texture file and additional data may NOT be sold or licensed for payment.

v1 of the 4COR and 4BUF units require the 2BIL cabview by Kim Durose - 2bilcabs.zip - available from trainsim.com but it appears that the v2 units have their own cabview. The 2BIL unit requires the Kim Durose cabview.

Thanks Ged for your quick and comprehensive  reply. That is Brilliant news! Mike Traves  made some really good models, and they stand up well on ORTS.  These are perfect for the latest New Forest expansion which reaches the edge of Southern Electric territory  at Woking.
