Hi Guys,

I thought I'd have a shot at doing a cabride video on the Ashburton V2 route.
The rolling stock is from the Highworth Branch packs available from UKTS.
I apologise for the slow speed through the first section (I didn't check the speedo and when I did I found out that I had stayed under 20mph Laughing ), and the quick into cab shots for the speedo checks.
Video quality is low so that it could go up on youtube. I do have a high-def version (it is 5GB in size).
The video is 21mins long (3 x 7min videos put together split at the station stops).

As this one seems to have gone quiet well during filming I will do a few more videos (begining to have fun now, and reorganising an old idea from years ago) and perhaps a few video tutorials as well.

Justin

Hi Guys,

Finally got the video hosted on a site called videobam.
Sorry that there are so many ads on that site, but until I can find a free video hosting site that doesn't want certain contact details (namely mobile) it will stay there.

I do have a download link for it if anyone is interested.

My employer's system does not allow access to that site, so I'll have a look this evening.

Have you tried this site http://mediagoblin.org/ which is related to the GNU project, and should obviate the adverts, etc. I haven't used this myself but was considering it,

Alec,

That looks a little too advanced for me, from what I can see it uses a free comunity made partial replacement operating system as its base among other bits and peices. I'm good with computers but not that good I'm affraid.
