I have added my recent 3D cabview to the downloads section. This cab was created for the excellent New Forest route primarily, but someone asked me to provide an installation to use with any Standard 4 type loco.

The downloaded zip file should contain all that is needed to make it work, but please let me know if there are any questions.

That's good to know.
I am working on a 3d cabview for the Midland Blue Pullman now. That should be ready in a couple of months.
