Conbuilder issues
Hi Guys,
I've not used conbuilder for ages, but now have a need to fire it up. Unfortunately it just locks up on the initializing screen and wont load. I'm using registered version 5.9.1 on windows 10. Any suggestions? Is there a later version available, and would that invoke my registration?
I could just run at this like a bull in a china shop , but just would appreciate some ideas regarding possible solutions first.
Cheers

Hi Terry,
I haven't used Conbuilder for years but have you tried the Consist Editor that comes with TSRE? In my opinion it is far superior, simple to use and free!!
Regards,
Stephen

Thanks Stephen,
Yes I do use the TSRE editor for constructing consists, however I like the error search properties of Conbuilder... It pulls up some errors that can go undetected in RouteRiter
Cheers T

Maybe just cut your losses and download the last free version on TrainSim.com site? cb249.zip It does most things I need in a consist editor.

The latest version of conbuilder is also on the TSSH file hosting site under MSTS Essentials: https://tsshonline.weebly.com/msts_essentials.html

Hi Justin,
May I correct your last post?
The version of ConBuilder available from the TSSH library is the last freeware version for which I obtained permission to upload to the libraries.
It's also currently available from the UKTS library as file ID 38868. and, as Nick posted, from trainsim.com
Cheers,
Ged

No problems Ged! It's been quite a crazy 2 weeks so I am quite tired, so thank you for correcting me!
I do hope that you are feeling better after your "brush with the ground".
Take care my friend!
