Trouble with sc1920_ssetup

Hi All
I'm new to this forum, but I need some HELP.
I'm trying to install  sc1920 stock, Ihave all the files unzipped and in the same folder'but when I double click the.exe file it opens and I get to the install stage and then I get:
"you must enter a full path with drive letter, for example:" and when I shift the error message box the address box is greyed out and I cannot do anything with it.
if I click on the OK on the error box every thing disappears back to the .exe file again.
I have downloaded the exe file three times, unzipped with 7zip, zip,and RAR, but nothing changes.
