Is this the same Ian McMillan who used to
be a member of UKTS and TSSH?

I don't think so - the name is spelt differently. I think the one in the photo is a poet (or something similar!)

Although it's a long time since I last saw Ian (it was certainly at Keighley, and I think, 2008) I honestly don't think that's him. Ian was of a much gaunter build.
But ho-hum I could be wrong.
(I've also replied on ukts with an addition thought pertinent to there)
<edit. Concur with Ged, the correct spelling of his name Ian Macmillan>

That was the other Ian McMillan then, so it wasn't him that was the member of UKTS and TSSH.
