Missing items from LYR-Heartland-1920
I've been tempted back into MSTS by the MT uploads and the release of Version 3 of the above.
After several hours of checking the route and required stock - needed to relocate and install relevant uploads - I am left with two queries which I've yet to resolve.
1. My route check via Route Riter reports that Global Shape a1t0_2mstrt.s is missing and that there are no alternatives available.
2. Route Riter reports Folder InvisLMSPushPull was missing from your Trainset (Referred by J:\0MSTS\Trains\Consists\L&Y Steam Railmotor Rev.con) and Folder InvisLMSPushPull was missing from your Trainset (Referred by J:\0MSTS\Routes\LYR-Heartland-1920\ACTIVITIES\BuryElectric.act).
I don't know whether Item 1. is critical to running the route - presumably not as I've not noted any other remarks for it. I'd be grateful if someone could point me to a suitable download containing the missing Item 2.

Hi Alec, I've looked in my Global Shapes Folder and it is certainly in there, as regards the Railmotor Consist that can be found in UKTS File ID 37719.

Stephen
Thanks for the file, which I've downloaded and will add to the Global Shapes folder.

Engine (
UiD ( 2)
EngineData ( InvisLMSPP InvisLMSPushPull )

Re: Missing items from LYR-Heartland-1920
I've added the track section and deleted the InvisLMSPushPull reference, which allows MSTS to at least start but see my other post. Perhaps this is causing a hiccup?

Re: Missing items from LYR-Heartland-1920
Hi guys,
I need to be very brief, as I have a new medical condition that is painful when sitting at the PC - I'm seeing a specialist later today..
1. - the 0.2 metre straight has been a problem right from the earliest days of X-Tracks - there is lots of references and cures for this in various forums around the train simming community. I try not to use the 0.2 straight, but occasionally there is a gap where the 0.3 straight is TOO long, and if I don't use the 0.2 straight, the track database lines leave a gap and won't join.
2. The InvisLMSPushPull is explained in the Railmotor readme file :
"When working in reverse, that is, running coach forward, the included Consist "L&Y Steam Railmotor Rev" REQUIRES the installation of Darwin Smith's UKTS_29974_LMS_Push_Pull cabview. Although it is not quite correct for the LYR railmotor, it is the nearest cabview available. NOTE ALSO - when running with this LMS Push-Pull cabview, contrary to normal practise, put the loco into FORWARD gear and change points in front of you with the G key."
Regards, Brian
