Incorrect Timezone

Hi everyone,
I'm surprised nobody has commented on the strange posting times on the various threads. It appears as though something went belly up with the hosting site.
I have made the necessary changes in the Admin panel. But please may I ask everyone to check the following when they log into this site.
Up at the very top of your screen you should see the following; Please Click on Profile.
On the next screen click on Preferences along the top as highlighted again in Red.
From here scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the following;
Click on this dropdown box and select UTC and then click on Save at the very bottom.
