Unusual (Spam/Phishing) Emails
Over the last few days I've had emails purportedly from AOL Mail Team saying that my Email account exceeds a nominal capacity and that I need to reset it by clicking on a link labelled HERE. Now obviously I haven't and I've sent them to AOL for their comment/action. So far no reply.
I assume that by clicking on the HERE link I'll allow access to my contact list at the very least, and goodness knows what at its worst!
Has anyone else had this?

Not had that one Alec, but will watch out for it.
I never click on any links in emails (except the expected ones to activate an account I've just signed up for) if it's from my bank, paypal etc. I log in to my account normally to see if there is a message instead.

Believe it or not I continue to get emails purporting to come from AOL, the latest saying they'll close my account unless I click HERE!
In addition I've just had one from Ukraine asking for my help - presumably due to some unfortunate event! Oh the joys of electronic communication!
