The regulator setting is high due to the banks on her route and the weight of the train.

Hi All,
I can't claim that I found this video myself because it was posted on the UKTS Forum, just as an example of embedding a YouTube video.  However, I couldn't stop watching it until it finished!  It does show who does the most physical work on the footplate!!
