Missing Crew Shape File Empty Missing Crew Shape File

Hi all,
I am in the process of testing an Activity for Ben and it is coming up saying that the following file is missing; ccw_B5L.s
It relates to the following File ID; 28568 CCW_BR_8F_48276. I have installed this and also downloaded the crew package File ID; 7759 Crew Aliases Library 1 - Version 15. But the file still isn't installed or found?
Can anyone help please?

I have this file in the following folder Common.Crew/LIB_1. I imagine it came in a common.crew folder attached to an upload - not sure which unfortunately!

Alec,
Unfortunately it isn't in that folder. I know it is supposed to be in there, but it isn't! Shocked 
It states the CCW prefix file should be installed to that folder when you install the .exe file for the loco???? Very strange...
