Route Author = Frank Thomas
Route Location = Ashford (Kent) to Lille in France
Route Mileage = TBA
Route Era = Modern
Route Source = from UKTS downloading at UKTrainSim.
Additional files required to be installed =

An MSTS Route available to download as noted above.
“A French map, which showed longitude, latitude, and railways with station locations, was used for this Add on. They were then translated into figures for MSTS longitude and latitude by scaling these positions as accurately as possible. The same technique was used on the English side, using Survey maps.
This was meant to ensure that the geographical position of the Tunnel, the railways, the roads, the Rivers, etc. were reasonably correct.
The station at St Marie Cappel is fictional, as is the line from Hazebrouch to St Marie Cappel; these have been put in to give added interest.”
There are a number of activities included in the downloads, but these use default stock in order to make it easy to get up and running - the downloader is encouraged to download suitable replacements such as the Eurostar set from ChrisTrains (available from UKTS), Ian Morgan's 'Le Shuttle' (available from UKTS) and numerous French add-ons available from other sites such as here.
