Website development team taking down their companies and sites.

Does anyone know why else a development team can take down their simulation add-on site and company? Because I have very concernedly been really wanting to know why and when a flight simulation add-on developer of Israeli Simulation Design Team (ISDT) was taken down, whether it would ever come back and whether all of its products are currently available and the reason why I've been very concerned about simulation sites closing down because certain files I really want get lost which is unfair since some items from the EuropeanBahn website were lost, isn't it?
