Just wondering
Has anyone been in touch with Tony Hap (Chris Young), it would indeed be a shame to loose BrisCard Route.????

Re: Just wondering
Hi Roger,
I have just sent Chris Young (tonyhap) a PM on trainsim.com seeking permission to upload any of his files which are currently hosted on UKTS.
Hoping to hear back from him before too long - when/if received, I'll update this thread.
Cheers,
Ged

Re: Just wondering
Hi All,
I have received a reply from Chris Young
I sent him this message on 2 June :
Good Evening, Chris.
With the closure of UKTS in August, has anybody requested your permission to upload this route, and any other of your files, which are currently hosted on UKTS. to another site, possibly TSSH?
If not, please take this as such a request.
If you don't feel you can give us permission, that's OK, but please let me know.
Many thanks for your consideration.
He replied today (4 June) as follows :
What a surprise! I certainly have no objection to someone transferring any of my files to an active site. Your choice.
Cheers,
Ged

Re: Just wondering
Hi,
I sent a similar message from UKTS yesterday and Chris has also replied to that one, including an email address.
I won't post it on an open Forum, but if anybody would like it, please send me a PM.
Cheers,
Ged

Re: Just wondering
David Corfield was also involved with at least one of the versions of Thames-Mersey, though I think there was a co-author.

G'day Jonathan,
Not only was Dave Corfield 'involved with at least one' - He is the ORIGINAL author of ALL versions of Thames-Mersey. In the earliest versions, I was assisting him with prototype information, but could not really be called a co-author. The last version was the T-M 'Semaphore version' (assisted by Barry Hollinshead).
Sorry for the late reply, I just came out of 10 days in hospital this morning (no internet access during that time).
Regards, Brian B-S
