Hi all Empty Hi all

Hi guys,

Just popping in to say hello.

As you will have realised a while back, I'm not simming any more.

Life has changed a lot in the last year, I'm busier than I've ever been and my career is going well for a change. After a lot of struggles over many years, I am finally in a good place.

I can't remember the last time I fired up MSTS or OR, the desire is no longer there. V5 is sitting on my PC unfinished and will probably stay that way now.

However, if the desire ever comes back, I'll be sure to let you all know. (I might one day, just give out the unfinished route to those who want it, there's 3 stations that were scenerised!)

Hope everyone is good and just to add, thank you to those who helped me over the years. Glas-Car was a tribute to my late father and working on it helped me through the tough times that followed his passing. Being able to complete V3 & V4 gave me some closure.

All the best, take care.

Niall

Hi Niall,
Good to hear that you're OK and life's being good to you Smile

We owe you many thanks for what you've given us over the years, so I'd like you wish you all the best for whatever you turn your hand to in the future.

Best Regards,
Ged

I would like to echo Ged's sentiments and take this opportunity to thank you for Glasgow-Carlisle as well as the excellent stock and activities you so generously uploaded for our benefit.

Good luck in both your career and future, and hope that you will still look in to see what's going on in the world of train simulation. I too have found that this hobby is helping me through the difficulties associated with my wife's secondary cancer!

Thanks all.

But it was always a community effort, without the great help of some wonderful people it would never have seen the light of day.

The day I was able to drive a 303 on the finished V4 was a special one, it made all the hard work worth it.

Alec, sorry about your wife, I send my best wishes and hope the treatment is successful.

All the best guys, if anyone ever needs to reach me, I still get email notifications from here on the PMs.

Niall

Hi Niall

Nice to see us all now and then, MSTS is just not the same without you.
Glasgow Carlisle route is definitely the route needed to include some of Glasgow Suburban lines.

All the best,
