Failed to initialize Activity manager

Does anyone know what this message means, received when trying to run an activity?

If worse comes to worst, you may have to reinstall MSTS from scratch.

Thanks Mark.  Fortunately mine appears not to be that critical.  It is imitated to trying to run one particular activity in one route.  Other activities in this and other routes still run OK.

Try reinstalling the act and any stock that is used in it, and see if that clears it.
