Changes to the Forum

Hi everyone,

With a few questions going about elsewhere on the forum (Non Related to MSTS), I thought I would rename part of the forum to make things a little clearer in the MSTS Section as it stated this previously;

"Everything related to MSTS goes here."

With discussion on other things and Non Related to MSTS to be kept in the Help Section I have renamed it;

"MSTS Related Help and other related Help queries goes here."

Hi Andy,
I'm confused!!

Wouldn't it be better, clearer and easier to find, if all the MSTS help topics were under one heading and those not concerned with MSTS under another?

I would agree that perhaps I should have placed the post on my failing external HD in a different area, but I'm not convinced that it needed the section description amended. I will move my post to the Mess Room area and then we should look to keep the section description as it was.

PS:- I have set up an alternative general help area. Perhaps it is also another opportunity to review the forums overall?

I will have a word with Justin and see about creating another section non-related to MSTS etc....
Alec has amended it for the time being, but I feel there should be a section called General Queries (Or something of that Nature) and then Underlined Hardware help or something of sorts.... (Please don't amend till we reach an agreement)
In the meantime I am off to the land of nod!

I have just got to read this post after having been busy all weekend.

I can see the where Andy(35005CP) is coming from with keeping msts and general help separate.

Would It not be better to discuss this in the admin area first rather than the public forum.
