444 Desiro

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone is able to help? Does anyone have any plans of the seating arrangements/layout for a 444 Desiro please for the Desiro I am doing a model of?

You've probably Googled the subject, but, if not, have a look at these :

There are a few images of the inside of the coaches, but not really enough to make any useful assessment! The number of first and second class seats IS given, per car, together with other facilities, which might be helpful.

Had a look in a new railway book of mine I can give you the seat totals and formation for each 5 car set. But not the seat formations.

Thanks for the links to those sites. I had already seen them, but thanks anyway. I guess this might be a bit of a guessing game??? From what I can tell it looks in the front DMCO/DMSO coaches that there are only 2 sets either side of seats with tables and the seats are facing towards the cab front? Can anyone confirm this please?

Issue 190 of  Modern Locomotives Illustrated covers the Desiro set of multiple units. For the 444 SWT EMUs one picture shows 2+2 seating in the TSO in a mix of airline and facing style layout. Another picture shows 2+1 seating in the 1st class section of the DMCO. That's all that's shown unfortunately, as there are no plans, etc.

I've emailed a couple of scanned pictures from MLI Issue No 178, which dealt with the DESIRO EMUs.

Does anyone know where I can locate the seating layout on the web for all 5 coaches please?
