My Trial with OR
I can't say it hasn't been fun,but I've found it very hard to get going and in many instances getting to line speed impossible. Most of my other problems stem from the fact that by the time the brakes fully release when slowing, I've actually come to a Halt.
Other than that I can honestly say I had no stuttering in any of the Acts, and no C2D.Is it the Saviour for Train simmers? I would like to think so.
But one and only once did I find

Hi Roger,
Lovely screenshots, unfortunately the tree on the line can only be removed by going into the Route Editor - if you dare!! MSTS removes any vegetation on the line but the OR team have decided that it is not their problem, it is up to the route makers to ensure that it doesn't happen.
Regards,
Stephen

Re: My Trial with OR
I may be wrong but I think it is trees placed as a forest item that causes the trees on the track problem in OR, it happens when part of the forest rectangle encroaches onto or is too close to the track, individually placed trees won't do this.

It's almost certainly part of a forest item, and won't appear in msts, and is not a result of carelessness by the route author.
With all due respect to the OR team, it probably is their problem. If the platform reproduced these objects faithfully, there shouldn't be an issue.
If someone can give me the coordinates of this rogue tree, I'll investigate, anyhow.
Nice screen shots by the way
