Hi Andy,
What an absolutely fantastic clip you found there Very Happy It's going into my video clips collection.

The "Jub" was certainly earning her keep - I'm sure I could smell the smoke!! I thought the "Brit" was making heavier weather of it, until I realised she must have been riding the yellows!

Well done, mate bounce

Cheers,
Ged

More like riding the Reds! Certainly the train following the Brit was!
I have seen steam climbing Shap but never one behind another.
Thanks for that Andy
Cheers

Hi Andy,
There's a picture of a similar loco in this month's Railway Magazine. It was Oliver Bulleid's turf-burning loco, built in 1957 but withdrawn, after clocking up about 2000 miles, mostly in testing in 1958.
It was described as 0-6-6-0.
Regarding the loco in your picture, I would suggest 4-4-4-4, depending on which are the driving wheels!!

Cheers,
Ged
