Cylinder Drain Cocks and Two-Port Regulator Empty Cylinder Drain Cocks and Two-Port Regulator

What are the best settings to get the maximum amount of steam issuing from the cylinder drain cocks? It should really be quite a dramatic sight.

Has anyone tried to create the twin-port regulator used, I think, on most British steam locomotives, where you open the first valve and eventually the main valve?
