Hi All

I have installed the two new Activities for this Route but I am having trouble trying to get the DMU and  Steam locos  to move? Any help please?

Hi Art,
Can you please tell us which activities you're having trouble with?

If the DMU has gears, have you selected first to start.  Press E, then every press of E will select the next gear until the top one is reached; to  move down the gears, press SHIFT+E.

I won't presume to tell you how to drive a steam loco!!

Cheers,
Ged

Hi Art,
I assume you mean S - Edinburgh Waverley_Glasgow Queen Street Steam Fast (33265) and S - Edinburgh Waverley_Glasgow Queen Street DMU Slow (33264)

Do steam and diesel locos work OK in your normal MSTS installation?  What about in other SCP activities?

Cheers,
Ged

EDIT : You're right - the DMU used doesn't have gears!  Both work OK for me, as expected, otherwise there would have been many reports!
It could be that the Control Assignments have been corrupted - the following may not put it right, but is worth a try!
Using one of the SCP activities, start MSTS, select OPTIONS, click on the KEYBOARD tab, then click on RESTORE DEFAULTS and click on SAVE.

Hi Art,
I didn't mention a key called Tab!!?
click on the KEYBOARD tab
What this means is that when you are in the OPTIONS screen, click on the word KEYBOARD at the top of the screen.

Cheers,
Ged
