Download Worries

Hello all, I am worried about downloading from UKTS, even though I have done so  (a long time ago).The problem I am getting is a notice when I try to download Thames Trent.....

The notice reads;

"UKTS34102  Thames Trent.V2 has been blocked as it cannot be downloaded securely".  I've not had this message before !

Is this just a quirk of Win10, or should I steer clear. ?

2nd Question .  Do I have to download V2 before I  download V 3. ?

I think your problems with downloading the route are due to some security settings in your browser. There's nothing 'iffy' about UKTS Do you have a different browser you can try? I always use Google Chrome.

It is a large file (1.6GB) and I'm just attempting to re-download it - says it'll take 8 minutes!! (It actually took 7 minutes!!)

No, v2 doesn't need to be installed, v3 is the complete route with several improvements over v1 and v2.

Thanks (once again Ged), I'll D/L it tomorrow.

I have had the same message when downloading. If you then click on "see more" and then on the three dots, you get a choice of "keep" or "delete". Choose to Keep it and the file downloads correctly.
