Dcomp / Comp Empty Dcomp / Comp

Should Dcomp and comp be put in C:\program Files (x86 )\ Comp\  etc please, as I thought we were meant to avoid them at all costs. Open Rails flicker has finally got to me LOL.

Hi Roger,
Comp.exe and DeComp.exe may go into C:\Program Files (x86) without any problem. The reason is that no data is written into the Comp or DeComp folders.
