Can't see what it says as I'm not a member there and when I try to register, they're not sending out the e-mail validation mails. I've tried three different (non-Hotmail/Live/MSN) e-mail addresses over the past few weeks, but have never received the validation mail.

Ged, I believe lather30 is referring to his attempt to join Elvas Tower where the Mid East post is.

Yes, that's right. For some reason, I get right through the sign-up process there and get the page saying that they need to verify the e-mail address I've used, but never get the e-mail. And it seems like there's no way to contact them to let them know about the problem.
And it's Adrian...

Hello Everybody,
It is with great honor that I can announce that the TSSH file hosting site will now be hosting MidEast Coast!
A big thank you to Mick Clark for making this route, and for making it available through us.
Available now through the TSSH File Hosting site: https://tsshonline.weebly.com/
Regards,
Justin

Thanks very much for hosting the route Justin. I was trying to download it from UKTS and it was going to take 48 hours for the third file (on non-premium membership). The download from here took 2 minutes for that file.
Regards,
Bob.

Excellent stuff! I downloaded it and had an explore run in Open Rails from Boston to Skeggie behind BR Standard 2MT 84013. Very enjoyable on yet another great route by Mick - thank you. (I'll not mention the 60mph speed on a 30mph limit curve - thankfully it didn't derail!)

No problems guys!
It was Micks idea to have the files hosted through us, so all the praise should go to him.

Re: MidEast Plus Extension announced
Just a quick question,
Do I need mid east plus in order to get the coast or is it all included.
Many thanks

MidEast Coast is completely stand-alone. No other route is needed.

Re: MidEast Plus Extension announced
I note on UKTS that there's a fourth file for Mid East Coast that relates to Global Sound. Is it likely that this will be available here in the TSSH Download section? It appears to be 70+MB and as I'm not currently a premium member it would take forever to download from UKTS!

"Yeah! When's that lazy good for nuthin' that runs things gonna get the file uploaded!"
Oh wait, that's me... Ah, nothing like poking fun at yourself!
I woke up this morning to the files from Mick, but I had to go run a few errands this morning, namely dropping back my old uniform shirts to my previous employer, Doctors check up (I'm still alive! ) and then check to make sure that I knew how to get to my new job by public transport. I could drive there but there are major traffic bottlenecks that could cause problems. It is only a 16 minute walk from the closest station and it's relatively flat going so why not.
The files are now live through the hosting site for everyone to get.

Re: MidEast Plus Extension announced
I had simply copied the necessary files over from Mid East Plus once Route Riter had identified them.
One question: ME+ is supposed to be installed as a separate mini-route. I understood that that was because certain of the underlying files had been tweaked, Are those tweaked files not used for Mid East Coast?
And I have been exploring the far ends of the new route over the past couple of days, including the new Spilsby branch. It is really very nice. Lots more to explore, though looking at the map you have a big job still restoring all those lost Lincolnshire lines. One day I hope to be able to travel from Tumby Woodside to Dogdyke.
And off topic, there is a road sign in the area to Old Bolingbroke and Mavis Enderby. What have they been getting up to together.
A very happy Christmas to all.
Jonathan

Re: MidEast Plus Extension announced
Many thanks for the update, Justin, much appreciated.
I've got the original Mid East Plus both as a Mini Route, but also as a typical stand alone MSTS installation. When installing Mid East Coast (MEC) I placed it in the same folder, so hopefully when I add the revised Global Sound for MEC it won't cause any problems.
At this moment in time I continue to be happy exploring MEC as it also allows me to continue to try and improve my steam engine driving, as well as coping with Open Rails. I've broken the water scoop every time I've passed over the water troughs!
