Diesel Railcar Simulator

Hi All,
Many thanks, Justin, for creating this new Forum

It will provide a place for users of Trainz and that other Polish train simulator to post comments, queries, etc.

However, my reason for requesting it is that a new train sim, called Diesel Railcar Simulator, has been announced, which, I think, should be celebrated.   It's not freeware, but the developer has issued a few free keys on trainsim.com.
It has some way to go, graphics-wise, but it has realistic sounds and cab-sway!

It is provided with two sets of controls, Simple and Realistic; I've only tried it with Simple, which, in effect, only uses the Up and Down arrows keys together with a helpful screen display tucked into the right hand side.

Thanks for the heads up - am considering getting this soon. The attention to DMU detail looks good, the visuals are more than acceptable and the relatively modest recommended system spec is not beyond my old PC. Would like to think this sort of initiative earns a positive response from the community.

I really like it and feel encouraged by the road map supplied of further developments.

Hello hello hello, whats this I'm missing out on. It sounds to be great, but where's all the Posts on it. Has it taken off ?, no posts since April 2018, is it still about ?  (if so where ?). Somehow I appear to have missed out on this

Thank you both, I do have a Steam Account though it's very rarely used and being as they take the money in Sterling I will probably use them this time. I know its unusual But I've always had a soft spot for the old Dmu's (except on Cambrian Route 2 where I found the Vacuum brakes almost unusable).
